Here are 3 of the four stainless steel and glass water features shown in the studio during the construction phase and testing. Each stood 14 feet tall. All 3 were supported on temporary 14 foot tall stands. Once the actual construction was finished, water was connected to each one so that any adjustments and corrections could be made before they were shipped to the Mohegan Sun resort in Connecticut.
A front view of the ‘arbor’ sculpture is shown here. The hydraulics for this unit proved to be the most difficult to get working properly. Trying to get the water to travel along each glass piece and continue to the next section seemed impossible at first.
